Beginners: Start with the first 6 exercises and then do cardio. 30 seconds rest between each set. Add an exercise every week until you can finish the whole thing
Intermediate-Advanced: Work toward finishing the workout with as little rest as possible. Start off with 15-30 seconds rest between each exercise. Take atleast 3-5 seconds off your rest time every week.
